China will continue to support Sino-US educational exchanges, encourage two-way study abroad, and deepen university cooperation
According to the website of the Chinese Embassy in the United States, on September 14, Qin Gang, the Chinese Ambassador to the United States, gave a video at the welcome ceremony for the 2021 freshmen of NYU Shanghai.
Ambassador Qin first congratulated the students for embarking on a new life journey at NYU Shanghai. He pointed out that in today's world, nations are increasingly becoming a community of shared destiny that is interdependent and shared. Humanistic exchanges are an inexhaustible driving force for the deepening and development of state-to-state relations. China will continue to support Sino-US educational exchanges, encourage two-way study abroad, and deepen university cooperation. NYU Shanghai is the first research-oriented university jointly organized by China and the United States.
